Most OpenClaw installs
have security gaps.

OpenClaw is powerful. The documentation is sparse. Most DIY setups end up with exposed credentials, no audit trail, no documentation, and a system no one else can maintain.

01

DIY is fast until it breaks

You get it running over a weekend. Two weeks later there's a broken integration, an expired token, and no documentation. One update away from starting over.

02

Security mistakes create real risk

An AI with access to your email and calendar is a high-value attack surface. Most self-installs skip Docker sandboxing, firewall rules, and credential rotation.

03

You need a system your team can maintain

A deployment only you understand is a single point of failure. Good systems have runbooks, handover documentation, and a support path when things go sideways.

Working deployment from day oneNot a demo — a production-grade setup connected to your actual tools.
Integrated channels and workflowsWhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Gmail, Calendar — connected and configured for your business.
Secure credential handlingOAuth middleware, Docker sandboxing, firewall hardening, and access revoke from day one.
Clear runbooks and support pathAdmin documentation, health checks, and troubleshooting guides — yours to keep.

Your system.
Your data.
Our access ends at delivery.

We install on your infrastructure — VPS, Mac Mini, local server, cloud VM. Your data never touches our systems. Our access is temporary and removed after delivery. You rotate credentials after we're done.

Common questions.

You own the infrastructure. We deploy on your VPS, Mac Mini, local server, or cloud VM — whatever you already have or prefer. Your data never lives on our systems. We're an installation and configuration service, not a hosting company.
Windows, macOS, Linux, VPS (any major cloud provider), WSL2, and dedicated servers. We'll assess your environment on the discovery call and confirm compatibility before scoping the work.
Most single-agent deployments go live the same day. Business-tier deployments with multiple integrations typically take 2–5 days from kickoff call to handover. Enterprise rollouts depend on scope, approvals, and change windows — typically 1–3 weeks.
No. We use Composio as an OAuth middleware layer — all tokens are managed separately with a full audit trail. We never handle raw credentials. You retain full revoke capability from day one, and we remove our access after delivery.
Yes. In-person setup is available across the Greater Toronto Area including Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and North York. Remote deployment is available Canada-wide and worldwide.
All deployments include 14-day hypercare — a dedicated support window where we fix edge cases, tune workflows, and make sure everything is running correctly. After that, you can continue independently with your documentation, or add a Managed Support plan for ongoing maintenance, updates, and monitoring.
Yes — these are our primary verticals in the GTA. We're familiar with PIPEDA compliance requirements, data residency expectations, and the operational security posture that regulated professional services need. We discuss your specific requirements on the discovery call and scope accordingly.
A standard integration means connecting OpenClaw to one external app or platform — Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, and similar supported tools. One platform equals one integration. Each integration includes connection setup, authentication, permission configuration, testing, and enabling up to 3 standard actions within that platform. If a workflow spans Gmail and Calendar, that uses two integrations, not one. Some apps with complex permissions may require custom scoping even if they count as a single platform.
A basic workflow is one simple repeatable task configured inside OpenClaw — up to 1 workflow, up to 5 steps, involving OpenClaw and up to 2 connected apps already included in your package. Examples: OpenClaw checks selected emails and drafts a reply, or reviews your calendar and prepares a meeting brief. Workflows with advanced branching, approvals, OCR, estimate logic, dashboarding, or multi-team coordination are not part of standard packages and require custom scoping.
No. Standard packages cover OpenClaw installation, personal assistant configuration, standard app integrations, and basic workflows. Business automation — CRM logic, estimating systems, document processing, multi-department workflows, and operations-wide deployments — requires custom scoping and is quoted separately after a discovery call.
Additional standard integrations can be added to any package. The cost depends on the platform and the complexity of the connection. We quote additional integrations before we start — no surprises mid-engagement.
These fall outside standard package scope and require a separate custom engagement. We scope it after a discovery call, provide a fixed-price proposal or phased plan, and deliver with full documentation. Book a consultation to start that conversation.

Developers & Builders

Run OpenClaw as your local-first AI infrastructure. Build on top of it. Extend it. Use it as the backbone for your own automation stack.

What your agent
does while you work.

Scrape and compile lead lists while you sleep

Draft and queue email replies from a Telegram message

Monitor news, markets, or competitors and alert you in real time

Manage calendar, reminders, and files hands-free

Browse the web, fill forms, and extract data automatically

Run multi-agent workflows across your entire tool stack

Questions about personal setup.

Not at all. After setup you interact with your agent through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord — exactly like texting. You never touch a terminal or write code. The setup is the hard part. We handle it.
Any Mac with an M1 chip or newer (M2, M3, M4) is ideal. Older Intel Macs can work but performance will be limited. For Linux, any modern Ubuntu or Debian machine with at least 4GB RAM and a stable internet connection works well. We confirm compatibility before starting.
OpenClaw runs locally on your machine — your data stays on your hardware. The only data that leaves is what gets sent to your chosen AI provider (Claude, GPT, or Gemini) for processing, which is the same as using those tools directly. We configure security hardening and credential handling so your setup is not exposed.

OpenClaw Setup Pricing — GTA & Canada.
Transparent. Scoped. No surprises.

Standard packages cover installation, standard integrations, and basic workflow setup. Advanced business automation, CRM logic, and custom workflow design are scoped separately. Scope is confirmed on a discovery call before we start.

What counts as a standard integration? +

A standard integration means connecting OpenClaw to one external app or platform for a supported use case. One platform = one integration.

Each integration includes: connection setup · authentication · permission configuration · testing · enabling up to 3 standard actions within that platform.

Gmail

Read selected emails · summarise messages · draft replies

Google Calendar

Read schedule · create events · check availability

Google Drive

Access selected folders · retrieve files · organise documents

If a workflow uses Gmail and Google Calendar, that uses 2 integrations — not 1. Workflows cannot use more apps than included in your package. Some apps with complex permission structures may require custom scoping even if they count as a single platform.

What is included in basic workflow setup? +

A basic workflow is one simple repeatable task — up to 1 workflow, up to 5 steps, involving OpenClaw and up to 2 connected apps included in your package.

OpenClaw checks selected emails, summarises them, and drafts a reply

OpenClaw reviews tomorrow's calendar and prepares a meeting brief

OpenClaw finds a requested file from Drive and summarises its contents

Not included: advanced branching, approval logic, OCR pipelines, estimate generation, dashboarding, multi-team coordination, or business-wide process design. These require custom scoping.

What is not included in standard packages? +

Standard packages are for personal assistant setup and OpenClaw configuration. The following require a Custom scope conversation:

Advanced business automation
Company-wide workflow design
CRM or ERP integration logic
Custom dashboards or reporting
Quoting or estimating systems
OCR or document parsing pipelines
Multi-department automations
Project tracking systems
Complex or cross-platform integrations
Multi-step workflows beyond package limits
More connected apps than package includes
Team-wide or department deployments

If your use case involves any of the above, the Custom package is the right starting point — we scope it after a discovery call.

OpenClaw Security Hardening — GTA.
Security is the baseline, not a feature.

An AI with access to your email, calendar, and business tools is a high-value attack surface. We configure every deployment with this reality in mind — not as an afterthought.

🏗️ Your infrastructure, not ours

Every deployment runs on client-owned infrastructure. VPS, Mac Mini, local server, cloud VM — your choice. Your data never touches our systems at any point during or after installation.

⏱️ Temporary access, permanent cleanup

We need temporary access to install and configure. After delivery, we remove all access and walk you through credential rotation. There is no persistent backdoor access. Ever.

🔑 No raw credential handling

All OAuth tokens are managed via Composio middleware. The agent never sees your raw credentials. You retain full revoke capability from the Composio dashboard — one click kills any integration.

📋 Documented and auditable

We enable audit logging from day one. You know what the agent is doing, when it's doing it, and what it has access to. Governance is built into the deployment, not added later.

Security hardening checklist

Every deployment we deliver completes this checklist before handover.

01

Docker sandboxing configured

The agent runs in a containerized environment with resource limits, network restrictions, and filesystem isolation. It cannot access your host system arbitrarily.

02

Exec allowlist enforced

We configure an explicit allowlist of permitted system commands. The agent cannot execute arbitrary code or shell commands outside the approved list.

03

Firewall rules in place

Inbound and outbound network rules configured to match your environment and the agent's actual access requirements — nothing more.

04

Read-only permissions as default

We start with the minimum viable permissions — read-only email, no send capability. Permissions expand gradually as you test and build confidence in the agent.

05

Composio OAuth middleware installed

All tool integrations run through Composio. The agent authenticates through a middleware layer — never handling your raw credentials directly.

06

Audit logging enabled

Full audit trail configured and tested. You can see what the agent accessed, what actions it took, and when — at any time.

07

Update cadence established

We document the recommended update process and timing for OpenClaw releases. You know how to maintain security posture over time — or we do it for you under Managed Support.

08

Credential rotation completed post-delivery

After installation, we walk you through rotating any credentials that were used during setup. Our access window is closed before handover is considered complete.

09

Safe operating procedures documented

Your runbook includes security-relevant operating procedures — how to revoke integrations, how to update safely, what to do if something looks wrong.

PIPEDA-aligned deployment for Canadian professionals.

We work regularly with immigration consultants, law offices, accounting firms, and health clinics across Ontario. Data residency, consent requirements, and access governance are part of our standard scoping — not extras you have to ask for. If you operate under PIPEDA or sector-specific regulations, tell us on the discovery call and we'll document compliance-relevant decisions through the deployment.

How Our OpenClaw Deployment Works — GTA & Canada.
From first call to working system.

Five steps. Clear deliverables at each stage. No surprises at handover.

01

Discovery & Readiness Assessment

A 30–45 minute call to map your infrastructure, team workflow, integrations, and security requirements. We come prepared with questions — you don't need to prepare anything. By the end, we both understand exactly what's needed.

We cover

You receive

Same-day written scope, timeline estimate, and fixed pricing — no ambiguity

Duration

30–45 minutes

Format

02

Infrastructure & Access Review

Before we touch anything, we review your existing environment. OS version, network setup, existing policies, server roles, endpoint count — this determines what we need from you to proceed and prevents surprises on installation day.

We assess

Prerequisites, compatibility, network config, existing security controls

You provide

Temporary server access, list of tools/integrations, API credentials (handled via Composio)

Duration

Usually same day as kickoff or next business day

Security Hardening & Testing

The installation is the easy part. This step is where most DIY setups have gaps. Docker sandboxing, firewall rules, exec allowlists, credential middleware, audit logging — all configured and tested before we consider the deployment production-ready.

9-point security checklist — see Security page for full details

Testing covers

End-to-end agent tests, integration validation, edge cases, permission verification

Output

Security sign-off report + test results

Duration

Same session as installation in most cases
